Quinn Company Limited was once again contracted by Ora Caribbean Developers to provide General Construction and design services for the Port Louis Entertainment Hub, located within Port Louis Marina in St. George’s. This landmark development is positioned adjacent to the Mega Yacht dock and complements the Camper & Nicholsons marina, enhancing the marina's upscale appeal.
The Entertainment Hub features a collection of purpose-built structures housing restaurants, retail outlets, and guest amenities. At the heart of the development is the main restaurant building, which includes a spacious commercial kitchen and staff facilities, a day club with a pool deck, guest locker rooms, and a refined dining area with reception, bar, and lounge spaces. Mechanical, electrical, and pool equipment rooms are also integrated into the building. Distinctive architectural features, such as roof pyramids, elevate the interior volume of the dining space, while premium finishes—including marble, limestone, and teak—add to the luxurious aesthetic. Large, automated roll-down fabric screens provide weather protection for diners.
The Central Bar building is designed as an expansive open-air venue featuring commercial-grade bar equipment, architectural lighting, and high-end teak finishes, including the countertop and flooring. Surrounding the Central Bar are twelve retail units with glass storefronts, a guest restroom facility, and a full-service café equipped with a commercial kitchen and back-of-house storage. The café has outdoor seating areas under large umbrellas on granite stone decks.
The project’s hardscape includes granite-paved walkways, seating benches, waste bins, and curated landscaping with integrated lighting to create a welcoming and high-end pedestrian environment.
Comprehensive external works include drainage infrastructure, electrical distribution, water and sewerage systems, fire alarm and detection systems, LPG distribution, and IT network infrastructure to support the facility’s operations.
